Can this be really accurate, tho??..Shouldn't it be done in a coastal town of CT, using a small sample size of middle to high school aged girls to get a true reflection of the pulse of the Country??
Bonn1997 @ 11/8/2016 10:10 AM
Voted at around 9:30. It went much quicker than I thought it would.
holfresh @ 11/8/2016 10:18 AM
I voted this morning, I caught myself staring at the Trump/Pence circle hoping and praying the marker doesn't some how wander off in that direction for some unbeknownst reason...I had to take a deep breath and gather myself before execution...Success, it's done...

Moonangie @ 11/8/2016 10:26 AM
Will be delighted to vote for Clinton later this afternoon. Also relieved that this circus of a campaign has come to an end. Hopefully Trump will disappear into the miasma of his hyper-inflated ego.
Bonn1997 @ 11/8/2016 12:25 PM
Who got the 1 other vote? McMullen? Write in?
Nalod @ 11/8/2016 1:40 PM
First lawsuit filed in Clark County, Nevada by Trump campaign.

I voted for Hillary and for a Republicans for everything else. That was the best compromise I could think of, because I sure don't trust Hillary

what you'd rather I voted for Trump? plus, they are currently Maryland politicians and I am very happy with how things are here

Supreme,
Thanks for sharing and IM glad your happy with MD politics!

Here in NC we have a race for governor and the problem is HB2 (bathroom) and all the racist proposed laws also jammed in that idiotic law.
Funny enough, McCrory was popular in the state until the morons in Raleigh put that in and all the backlash that ensued. Its possible the Republican over reach could swing NC in the presidential race
as well as get McCrory out. He was a poplular mayor in charlotte and was moderate there. As Governor he has had to play to the party and the political machine that is funded by Art Pope who is like the Koch Brothers. Very influential with his money and very conservative!!!

Roy Cooper is a pinhead, but he is a democrat and we need him to rid of HB2.

Supreme,
What part of Maryland you live? I'm in Howard County!

I also voted earlier this week.....So I'm glad I don't have to deal with any traffic and voting crowds today.

I missed this yesterday... what's the mood like in NC now? That state was on everyone's radar last night

People who will watch the Knicks and unfortunately basketball in general are in short supply in the DMV. Georgetown and UMD regularly disappoint. The Wizards make me feel good about the Knicks. The DC area is Caps Country at the moment, and then there's the regular interest in the Skins, and Nationals and Orioles were good too. Basketball is at the bottom of the list locally, unfortunately

Governor Race is being recounted. Attorney General who wrote HB2 got the boot. Cooper is up slightly over McCrory.
Its all we have left. Burr beat Ross. The empire is strong.

holfresh--after months of this I think you would get it--but you dont. The rest of the uS doesnt care what NY has to say.

Briggs knew all along that Trump would win. Good call Briggs that HS poll was apparently more telling than any CNN poll out there.

Virtually everyone here knew Trump *could* win. 538 gave pretty high odds to this scenario where Hillary won the popular vote but lost the electoral college actually.

Briggs bravado is well earned. In the face of the UK majority he held firm. Today we are eating crow.
20% of my net worth is in one stock, and its up 8% today. It has tempered my mood a bit today. I can be "bought".
My wife is not happy. That's going to take time.
Econmically I can buy this pro growth strategy. Its womens rights, supreme court and empowered deplorables im worried about.
Im an "Elite Democrat", so my intellect is offended not my pocketbook. I pay taxes.
Im trying to forget his creep stuff, not paying taxes, not showing them, and his bromance with Guliani.

And guess what you're going to pay less taxes.
