I can't help it guys... I can't wait till the next game.

Boston just lost to a Wizards team very similar to our Knicks. They got smoked actually.

I'm going to be in Boston this weekend so the Knicks absolutely have to win this game! I'll never hear the end of it.

this should be a good test but i can feel a win. i want a blow out.

i hope they try to play M.smart or some other small fry on KP again. This year i think we'll be smarter on exploiting that mismatch.

We have to play the full 48 minutes though: both ends of the court

The D is key. Want to see our starters begin the blowout and then the second unit come in and humiliate the living shit out of these guys.

we can never guard their backcourt... hoping to see that change. Smart is one of my most loathed players in the league. Would love to see him torched

Our backcourt is just as good as there's this season. Hopefully their injuries to the front court is to much to overcome

not much to this season but man I hope so... 27ppg 5rebs 7.5asts for Isiah Thomas in 4 games last year vs. the Knicks. That trend continues and it will be tough to win.

Yeah, hopefully we can do better against him this season without the defensive prowess and athleticism of Jose

The Celtics, who face the New York Knicks in a battle of 3-4 teams Friday night, have been dealing with serious injuries, but got off to a 3-1 start before the early season roof caved in.
Playing without Al Horford and Jae Crowder, Boston has dropped three straight but that's not the worst part of it. In the three games, at Cleveland, at home against the Denver Nuggets and at Washington, the Celtics have allowed an average of 123 points -- certainly not the kind of defense coach Brad Stevens is looking for.

I read that Baker and Plumlee have been brought back from the D league. Might not be a deep bench , but good enough to keep throwing fresh bodies at other teams. Would like to see what Baker can do with the starting unit, or most of it. Did well in preseason.
