One might want to check how many things pass for id. No reason anyone cant vote. . Racism. " Yeh, that's the ticket" for everything. The term " Minorities" is used too loosely , the nation's various races dont want be grouped or associated because they have their own cultures and have made their own paths.

No one said racism, they said "voter suppression"..Last election, republicans closed 860 polling places in mostly democratic counties in the South, coincidence??
meloanyk@ 1/25/2017 2:37 PM
Nixluva just did. Same old refrain every day, its everyone else fault and everything is done to suppress despite all rhe monies and programs directed. Nauseating. Time to mirror some other minorities

meloanyk wrote:Voter suppression? Guess it is too much to have voters show just one of numerous ids. Please. Can look up state by state what passes for id. Guess none of you fly. Hope that voter fraud investigation happens. Likely Pres Trump gets egg on face for his numbers but at least that question be answered and any loopholes be tughtened up .. Away from the zany tweets, it is apparent that he had his agenda, was not just election blabber of politicians, even if one hates or disagrees with it. Good to see him taking on the disregarded issue of gangs and black on black violence that plagues inner cities. Expect liberals to moan anout his poltical incorrectness but watch him lift those neighborhoods for the masses.
His plans will also blow out the deficit another 8.6 trillion, you on board for that too???

860 polling places in the South closed, address that...

Our interest on national debt is supposedly $3 bil a day which is ludicrous. Problem us that damage by Bush is still felt and the US economy has to avoid being another Japan where we stagnate with slow growth for decades

You mean President Obama's Supreme Court Ruling? You can look it up and address. Voter ID suppression. Good lord

Trump is promoting the same policies as Bush and same policies a every other Republican President..Cut tax for the rich..Larger debt and deficits while preaching the exact opposite...Destroy our kids future in the environment and the economy..A most selfish behavior..
http://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2... The closing of 868 polling stations in battleground state just before the election..How do you support these people...Greedy, non-ethical people, zero compassion for the common man...

The underpinnings of the banking/ housing crisis was from legislation for the "common man". Trump was smart to snuff the FH pmi cut before another subprime problem arose. Some will ride the wave up to middle class while others wull clamor to be a Venezulan state.

Trading Credit Default Swaps??.."Common man" investment vehicle??..No clue what else you are saying...Obviously you are being evasive..Don't bother..

to ignore the racist and sexist element in all this is being ignorant.
not everything is racist or sexist BUT there's a good amount that is. mainly b/c the dominant species in this country's history has been the white male. look at a picture of the GOP and that's all you really see. and it's human nature to protect your own kind.
economic decisions made by government hurt people of all color and sex. it favors the rich (again mostly white) but hurts everyone else.
but many civil and human right decisions do their best to suppress minorities and women. that's just how the ball rolls.
closing polling places in mainly black neighborhoods - the criminal justice system - defunding planned parenthood...those are all actions and institutions that hurt non-whites and women. the country was built on racism.

I understand exactly what Im saying about your no help for the common man bs. Giving loans to those that couldnt afford them was the underpinning. Repackaging them and using derivatives is another story. Your one sided slants are tiresome

Who gave out those loans?

Trump said we will build the wall and Mexico will pay for it later in an interview..He said they will return the money via transactions...Mexico President said he will not pay for the wall..
I have never seen anything like this..

Trump administration to review EPA scientific papers before published or released..
holfresh@ 1/25/2017 7:35 PM
They will be restricting any scientific data coming out of the government..
