Pacers on the second night of a back to back also just ran out of gas in the 4th quarter.
4Q - 0:33
NYK 116 IND 109
Knicks finally woke up.
The key was Hornachek benching the big lineup with Noah for a smaller OQuinn/Melo/Holiday/Lee/Rose lineup
Rose another good game. Ive been wrong about him. Hopefully his back holds up

Not sure I agree. Noah played well and they needed to stop turner and Jefferson
Gosh, I hope Rose can stay healthy. He unlocks the potential of this team. KP and Melo played great - and Rose wouldn't have had space without them - but they wouldn't have space without Rose. The big three all really complement one another. I feel like tonight was one of the first times you really saw that.
Nice to see Noah with a good effort, too.

This. No guard can check Rose on the perimeter and he's strong once he gets in the paint to finish (unlike Jennings). His penetration and finishing ability opens up the whole court for our shooters.

very true. That doesnt diminish the win since every team has back to backs
AND Noah woke up in the 4th. Why can't Noah play with that energy more often. That was the Noah who was worth 72 million.
Thank god, a 4th loss would have been brutal
Time to give Holiday some kudos, fellas! He is an efficient shooter and scorer and plays really good defense. I say he has earned himself more minutes. He is the perfect 3 and D player we need to spread the court.

Good point. Forgot about this. It did look like they ran out of gas in the 4th. Def a factor in this one.

Yeah, Noah came in and forced Jefferson outside his comfort zone in the post.
Also, a big turning point of the game was Melo hitting 5 threes in a row and KP hitting two in a row.
I also liked Melo starting the 4th quarter and then Rose and KP coming in to relieve Melo at the 9min mark, then Melo comes back fresh at the 5min mark of the 4th

They found a flow and hopefully they remember how they won and play this style more often.

This. 1-4 without him. He also balances the roster better but I didn't think Jennings was as good as he was before Derrick went down.

Don't mind Noah playing only half the game as long as he brings the energy he did tonight every minute on the court. Also, he needs to be aggressive like he was tonight driving to the basket when teams are not guarding him.

Yup...Noah had a good game...played with some of the energy he is known for. Good statement game for him.

Everybody needs a big 3....and they all showed up in one game. A healthy Noah and Lee / Holiday rotating? Dangerous team when they are clicking....

Rose really is the straw that stirs the drink. What I saw tonight is when Rose is healthy and is a threat to beat his man off the dribble and score, it opens up all our 3 point shooters on the perimeter, and we do have a lot of them (Melo, KP, Lee, Holiday). If Rose stays healthy with this formula, we can light teams up on the perimeter like we did tonight in the 4th.
