To go 4 under and 7 in a row would've been devastating. We have issues but we've stayed them off with this important win
Good morale booster win for sure!!
I agree. If we get on the same page and play D for 48 we'll be fine and Hopefull peak at the right time
But if we lost it could've got ugly

doesn't mean a thing if they start another loosing streak.
It's obviously not season saving but it was a much needed win but if they can win tonight on a back to back against Indiana after playing so hard last night then this will be the biggest win of our season so far and a huge moral booster.

Agree. Also, in the past it seems like the Knicks might get back into this type of game but never win it. This was a big win for them.
How impressive are the rooks? Baker, Kuz and Willy all look like they should be getting more minutes. What a job the Knicks scouts did.
Willy played 2 min the last two games.
When Noah plays, Willy sits.
Kuz looked good last nite.
Works in progress, glad baker passed his audition last nite!
We need a season ending loss thread. At least before the AS break.
I think this Celtics win is the true season saving win.
This feels like a turning point (along with the Bulls win, and close Hawks game)
We win when Noah doesn't play.

Depends how Noah Thomas and kp are reintegrated ( or maybe not for some)

Agreed. I think Thomas may need to be moved - Kuz fits the team better in that role. Noah needs to play fewer minutes. Willy and even Plumlee need consistent minutes

I think it might also be wise to kp at 24 minutes to keep him healthy. I'd rather see kp focusing on more effecient shots defense rebounding and moving the ball better
Lee needs to stay in that second unit he was so much more involved in the game and helped jennings out there moving the ball. the center position should be KP, Willy, Plum and play them all. Willy dominated the the Celtics Bigs and is quite the rebounder.
Kuz is the best thing that happened to this team in the offseason great move Phil and company
Rose was MVP rose
most importantly we are watching jeff hornys offense it looks like Phil finally gave him the keys letting his pg dominate.
can't wait to see the future starting line up of
KP
melo
kuz
baker
rose

Agreed.
All is not lost. This team is better than its record right now.
If you look back at the last three weeks - if we had won some of those close games, we'd be over .500.
There's still time to right the ship.

oh with out a doubt its still early, I've been saying all season if we can float around 500 by the all star break we will be just fine with the talent on this team it would be crazy if we missed the playoffs.

The key is - Hornacek just has to do it his way from now on. Play his offense. Play the guys who play hard and help the team win. Can't play guys based on their contract number. Play the guys who play well. That means Willy and Plumlee and KOQ over Noah. That means CLee off the bench. That means Lance takes a looooong rest to be fully healed before he comes back.
