I have to assume either kp won't do that b-b or will be severely limited. Melo played long hard minutes. Indiana guards are small made for Rose to ravage -- this is a night he can do 30-5-5
Also either Jennings does it right away or just go to baker. No messing around
We need some quality mileage out of Kuz willy and lance tonight
Ok, This is the Indy Game thread!!!!!
ton=tonight?
Is that Connecticut wealthy white folk street slang, Briggs?
I don't know if I'm horny Jennings sits tonight, and baker gets rewarded for his play last night . Until Jennings plays defense he sits .

Jennings has struggled in all but one game since Rose went out I believe. He had a role that suited him well but he hasn't gotten back into the flow since he started for a few games.

True but don't you think baker deserves minutes tonight. Not trying to diss Jennings, I just think baker deserves a lot of Jennings minutes after last night .

wait a min, I didn't see the rockets game, but the stat sheet said he had 32 and 7, that was a week ago....but I guess numbers get loss in a game you lose.
It's funny like that..A guy can drop 50 and lose the game, and everyone would say he shot too much, he was selfish, ect, But a guy can shoot 1 for 40 and hit the game winning shot, and no one would care less about the 39 misses.
All that matters is finding away to win the game

The part that is disappointing with Jennings is he was a prolific scorer that used to drop 15-20 pts per game on top of dishing ... now he's always been streaky but more in game streaky not weekly streaky like he's been with us ... his defense has been atrocious and his turnovers are troubling, he's passing up wide open layups for contested shots . Maybe sitting him for the next few games might light a fire under his Butt.
I also think it's worth seeing if bakers top notch defense can rub off on everyone else like it did last night..

He played great in that game but I think that is his only solid game since Rose was out with back spasms. My guess is that the rotation stays the same but if Jennings struggles, or if Baker's d or ball movement are needed he will get on the court. Also, being the second night of a back to back he may get minutes just to give guys a break.
If getting embarassed by a rookie PG doesnt snap Rose and Jennings out of it, dont know how likely anything else will. Jennings was doing a great job of running the second unit early on, has to get back to that mode.
Watching the Bulls with Rose and Thibs, one thing I noticed was how there was always a trailer when Rose had the ball, as an out. Rose really doesn't have that now, someone rolling with him to the rim (Like Noah) within his peripheral vision when he drives. Might be something Hornacek might want to consider to help make Rose more efficient.
is it time for a little shake and bake
Where the heck is any semblance of effort on defense?
our backcourt defense is awful without baker, come on horny its time to bake
