And finally a wrap up of the top talents:

If you watch that Lonzo Ball video they talk about how he's not a P&R PG. He's a guy more used to a spread and cutting offense like GS plays, or err... the triangle

The irony- every day we get told how its a pick and roll league and you can't win without it, yet these same people rave about Ball.

Out of the top 3, Ball does actually concern me the most

At the end of this article, Begley mentions that Malik Monk and Frank Ntilikina are two draft prospects on the Knicks radar right now.

I really like the Michigan utility forward DJ Wilson. He iced the game against Louisville with free throws and a block of a three pointer. He's quick and moves well and seems smart. Kinda like a bigger Lance Thomas who could play 3 or 4 or even small ball center. 6'9" 240lbs.

Not a huge need position for us, but if he was available in the second round, I'd give him a long look. He's a red shirt sophomore - he's sort of hesitated about whether he'd come out or not. May not come unless he gets a first round guarantee.

JamaicanJetFan @ 3/19/2017 4:32 PM
Not impressed at all with Malik Monk. I think his best case scenario is a shorter Jamal Crawford.
meloshouldgo @ 3/19/2017 4:53 PM
Fox is way ahead of Monk. This kid Shamet has ahown up to play, he is schooling Monk. I would take him in the second round of possible

Yeah agreed. I'd be psyched if we got Fox and somewhat nervous about Monk. I think I'd rather take a risk on Ntilikina than Monk right now.

anyone watching mich st vs kansas. 2 pros...jackson vs bridges playing. jackson cant SHOOT and a good athlete like bridges (or any NBA pro) will know how to contain him (in the half court)

to me josh jackson is michael kidd gilchrist - a terror on defense but gives lil on offense

Bridges looks like he got really hurt, wanted to see him today

"lil on offense" is way too harsh. He shoots 38.5% with 2.4 attempts taken per game. He has a pretty good handle and great passing ability. Comparing him to MKG is an insult.

At the end of this article, Begley mentions that Malik Monk and Frank Ntilikina are two draft prospects on the Knicks radar right now.

Begley's accuracy on reports is probably around 5% so this means that there is a 5% chance that this is accurate info. He has no credibility in my opinion.

Drafting Frank Mason with the second round pick anyone???

??? What's the based on? Like any way off-based reports you can link to recently? I'm not saying he's 100% accurate but 5% seems a little silly. Also if the Knicks aren't scouting Monk and Ntilikina, they're idiots. IMHO there's a 95% chance they're scouting those two guys and hopefully the rest of the top 50 players in college and internationally.

Hell yeah. Love that kid. Fish made a thread about him. He'd be a great pick. Josh Jackson and Frank Mason would be a dream draft for me at this point. But even if we can't get Jackson and draft a pg in the lotto, I'd take a long look at Mason in round two.

I second that. Very high IQ basketball player who can easily be a steal in this draft. If he was taller, he'd probably be going in the lottery.

For someone who has no offensive game, he is killing Miles Bridges right now.

There's a reason Josh Jackson is so high on the draft boards. Sometimes the college game makes it harder for some people to see what makes a player special. Just gotta watch long enough and you'll usually see it.

JamaicanJetFan @ 3/19/2017 8:42 PM
Josh Jackson showed a shooting touch in the second half of the Michigan St game that shows he could have the complete package and worthy of a Top 3 (1?) pick.

yep. if he shoots like he did today then ill join the josh jackson bandwagon. he was AMAZING

TPercy - MKG comparison was a stretch but as long as you got my point. if jumper is mediocre at best. but obviously he proved otherwise. if he shoots like that he has the most upside of anyone in the draft
