Yeah year 4 is the year we would want to see a bonafied star. That's the case with the Greek Freak, who is in year 4. That was the case with Dirk. He has a lot to figure out. Most future stars are given the "main guy" label before they are ready, and deal with the ups and downs.
i think the achilles injury slowed him down. Before the injury he was well on his way

If definitely threw him off. As a young player, he still needs to learn how to handle the grind of a full NBA season, where he gets an injury and can come back and pick up where he left off.
