Noah played well this year in limited spurts. If he can come back reasonably healthy and can give us 25mpg and 65 games next 3 years this will end up being a good signing. He needs to be around enough to make an impact. If he is he will be.
Yeah in our dreams. Plus our record with him in the starting line up was horrible, and they wanted to bench him a long time ago, but didn't want to have a 17 million dollar player you just signed coming off the bench. He would be the highest paid bench player in the NBA.
This is by far phils worse move to date and i know many of you will agree. You were the first to point out how phil didn't mortgage our future on long bad contracts. Well I doubt noah every sees the floor as a knick again, he's done. From hamstrings, to ankles, the guys was grabbing his shoulder damn near every time he went for a tough rebound in traffic.

And Deng! Parsons owes his fortunes due to his sociopathic ability to suck up to and charm the rich and famous, he is an absolute con man! Glad the Mavs saw through him in the end.

One thing you know about him is that he has the heart of a warrior...I am going on the assumption that he will come back much better next year.
Still...given what we see with Willy, and knowing what we had with Lopez, the picking up Rose and Noah in the off-season has not turned out too well.
THis is a picture of Noah taken in July 2016. Is this a guy that looks over weight?

AL never post big numbers, his impact isn't just in the numbers which is evident looking at the current standing in the east. Noah has had little to no impact at all, in fact he is a negative on the season.

Advance stats are for players actual playing.
Your justifying Noahs worth by comparing him to other bad contracts, not to mention he hasn't even played in 50% of the knicks games this season..Your friggen unbelievable.

Meanwhile we will now have more minutes for Willy, Plumlee and KOQ. With Jennings gone we are clearly giving the signal that it is officially tanking time! Also Knicks must be giving this and the Jennings info to Woj to mend fences- he tend to punish those teams that don't give him info, and he was pretty hostile during our negotiations before the deadline.
Unfortunate for Noah but great news for the younger bigs. The NBA is definitely a survival of the fittest environment. If you're lame in anyway it will get exposed. The schedule is grueling and healthy athletic players will force you to play at their level. This just makes it clear Noah should come off the bench for the remainder of his career.
Phil should be fired. Signed Noah to long term contract in spite of injury history. Did not get anything back for Rose or Jennings. Probably a joke among other GM's. But you continue to ignore anything he does. This is why this organazation is a joke. The whole house is burning down but at least we have a couple of lucky moves to help us feel better.

The Bulls are doing so great. They have to laugh to keep from crying
Great point. That should make this sorry ass franchise feel better. Like the homeless bastard pointing a finger at the guy who has a shitty house.
hated this Noah contract from the beginning. classic "starPhuq" and THIS MOVE was the one that convinced me that phil doesnt know what hes doing. this (or mozgov) has to be one of the worst contracts in the NBA. smh. we're stuck with this decaying corpse for the next 3 yrs while he eats up the salary cap

Don't forget 5 assists and only 2 TOs for Horford. He'd be our best point guard!
