Does winning cure all? Ultimately what do you think this roster can accomplish as is? I want to see the team play well but let's be real the BEST thing for this team is a STUD added from the Draft.
Feel good wins do nothing for the long term future.

Jimmy Butler was drafted 30th over all, Leonard 19th pick to a spurs team that made the playoffs..and Dwill who went 2nd overall draymon 35th pick, dion waiters 4th ahead of lillard.

Winning brings confidence and helps development, I always promote winning, absolutely ridiculous to hope my team losing and possible draft a bennett or dwill type, or some talented center that cant stay healthy or OK4..

I have always believed that winning and playoffs are the best developers for young players..In the real season, the playoffs, you see what works and what doesn't work..That's sets up off season workout programs...
