In the end we need a better draft pick so it worked out. It was a good game though

It's almost as if DRose and Melo like to play in these back and forth, one possession games in the fourth quarter. They seem to thrive on it. Early in the season we won a lot of those. Since late December we've lost most of them.
Last game coach left Holiday in too long in the 4th and Sixers staged a comeback..Same way he left Baker late in the 4th against Minny when they staged their comeback earlier in the season..

probably but thats how it goes sometimes. At this point though we need to focus on getting a top talent in the draft and maybe next year those 13 losses will translate into wins and we can be a playoff team
man the NBA fucked the knicks we never get a easy few games we get the 76ers for just the third time then the warriors then the magic then the bucks why do other teams get the magic,76ers,wolves,portland all in one swoop.... not only do teams get a 6th man on the court with the refs vs us we never get 2 teams in a row with a loosing record

Agreed. We're better off losing. I like the team and individual players to play well but lose the close games at this point. Lee and Lance are keepers.

Yup. I dont like losing but i believe we will gain more in the future by losing now with a good draft coming up.
Three points:
1) Had we had the Lance from last year all season--the Lance we've seen in the last 2 games--how better would we be right now? What happens when KP comes back?
2) Lee is a stud and the best signing by Phil. I love him on this team going forward to play alongside young players. Lee, Lance, Holiday and KOQ are great role players going forward.
3) Can Rose be part of the future. He played well within the offense in this game. Would he sign with us at a discount price?

at this point the refs are actually helping us in the longrun
