If you look at the math I think it will be 9-13 We wont catch Miami or Detroit(and 1 makes the playoffs) then we are 2 ahead of the Bucks who look like sht right now the Hornets and tied with everyone else--I mean anything is possible but we have a favorable schedule

Most names being used will be way off the board unless we can beat those 1/100 odds or have injury.

I'd make a separate thread for each thought.

I'm starting to look that low too... were going to make a playoff run

Just looking at the schedule I can see this team making a playoff run! There will be a lot of winnable games the rest of the way. If this team goes hard as I suspect they will then they will end up at the end of the Lottery or make the playoffs.

Think about what a run means.......

Triangle is the way.
Players are in, or sitting.
KP is doing very well.
Willy makes a ROY run!
Melo is moving the ball, closing out games when needed.
Rose is either gone, or buying in.
and we will still get a good player in the draft!!!

Sorry, Im all in for a run. Milwaukee drafted Parker and he is a mess. Teams still have to move forward.

Good link. Here's another good one that let's you compare draft production over the years: http://www.draftexpress.com/NBA-draft-pi... My take is that you have to be really luck outside pick #1.

Possible but you would have to have the Heat and Pistons almost tank. The Heat are playing as well as anyone in the nBA right now--odds are not good they will change unless injury. On top of it were still be hind 4 teams--of which anyone could win 4-5 games in a row at any time--including us. It can be done but the odds on ESPN are below 2%

Of course it's hard but the only issue has really been poor D! Now this team has actually added some defense we didn't have since LT is finally healthy and even more D from Baker who is superior to BJ in that respect. Overall that makes up for Melo and Rose. This is a major change in how this team has been playing.

Jeff may stick with LT in the Starting Lineup which could be huge! LT is a defensive glue guy and puts Melo and KP at 4-5. It makes this team a much more competitive team.

The most important thing about the draft is to participate. Tons of promising players bust. Others totally under the radar turn into high end guys or great players. The only thing that teams that draft year after year have in common is they draft year after year. The new CBA places even more importance on round 2, especially for EU player. Now a days the MLE is more than the best EU players make, so that talent pool is even more important IMO. Nice to see with Willy are tapping that.

Draft is all about a body work, and trading picks is the worst thing unless it really really makes sense to fill an immediate need and that need brings you somewhere meaningful. Otherwise keep em and do your due dill
