Derrick Rose- he's an enigmatic talent. We haven't had a PG that can attack the basket like this since maybe Marbury. His mid range game is awesome. However, he has limited court vision and he can't play defense. I think he has not been a fan of the triangle, and I can't see him back next year.
Carmelo Anthony- I think he had a stretch of great play, but too many miles for him to do the heavy lifting of a franchise.
Kristaps Porzingis- started the year great, then wore down, got hurt. 3pt shooting % is worrisome (to me). Should be stronger, better next year. Probably a legit 2 years away from being a major force for us.
Kyle O'Quinn- Never gets in the game, but when he does, can exert nice effort. Single-handedly won a game, if I recall correctly.
Justin Holiday- nice role player. If he gets paid ridiculous money, do not want him back.
Mindaugas Kuzminskas- looked amazing for a stretch. Was lights out from 3pt range. Could have a future role. But only as a reserve off the bench.
Marshall Plumlee- nice effort, but where has he been lately?
Joakim Noah- 4 year albatross. Thank you Phil!
Courtney Lee- he is not a star. He is part of the supporting cast. Unfortunately with us, he has to be a starter.
Lance Thomas- role player who has found a niche with the Knicks. Nothing to get excited about. If he were on the Cavs or Golden State, you might think he was the second coming of Robert Horry. Unfortunately on the Knicks, completely exposed. Too bad he got hurt.
Sasha Vujacic - Phil's standby to take over the HC role after Phil fires Hornacek
Maurice Ndour - has not played
Willy Hernangomez - only bright spot on a miserable season. The only player that Phil added in the off season that belongs in the NBA. I recall reading something where Steve Mills tried to take credit for him.
Ron Baker- hustle player that probably should be 10th man off bench
Chasson Randle - Langston Galloway 2.0.
