Yes this is the same guy that wouldn't wait a few months to sign with the Knicks in the off season so we could keep all our assets. Now he wants the Knicks to pay him to leave and not trade him because he doesn't want to leave his new team depleted.

How can anyone be both a Knick and Melo fan at this point?

I called it almost 24 hours before it came out that Melo was angling for a buyout. It was clear Melo has been working on this since at least the beginning of last season and engaged in an effort to undermine the front offices game plan and cause trouble. My guess is he's been in touch with Lebron who wants Melo but doesn't want his team to give up any pieces. If you notice, Lebron tends to pull the similar diva stuff with his front offices as well.

I think it's perfectly clear you don't like melo, as is your right, but what it the pay-off on harping on this over and over and over and over again?

Is there a point?

Did you really need to hop off your magicT account to harass me more?

Both posts in this topic you talk about me 'not liking Melo'. You need to change up your wording if you are going to use multiple names.

Imagine getting so mad you need to make multiple names on an obscure internet basketball forum to I guess try to convince people someone agrees with you? This just reeks of low self esteem.

It might, I wouldn't know.

A false accusation than can be verified by the admin is not an answer to my question, which I suspect is the point.

do you have one?

Like I told you yesterday you are the one person on this forum I want nothing to do with because I think you are a stalker and weird and obsessive with me.

I'm not interested in interacting with you. Go away.

So you're just going to completely obsess on Melo constantly then?

I don't think you're interested in interacting with anyone is the point. You seem only interested in fixating on someone you'll never actually have to confront or answer to.

Just goes to show that Melo is a not only a future Hall of famer, Master of this domain, our best player, millionaire many times over, entrepreneur but also extremely wise. Learned from his experience in 2012. Don't go to a team that is stupid enough to gut it's team for him. Thanks for pointing that out Sinix/DK.

Do you call every scammer extremely wise? If some kids rob your house and don't get caught are they wise? How about if they jump you and leave you bloody?

You have some messed up priorities if you think scamming money makes someone wise.

CP3 lowered his trade kicker to make the trade happen. Melo would not do this as he is SELFISH and just wants his $$

I'm designating you...

Might be more anti-Phil than pro-Melo, though. Jackson has rubbed people the wrong way in the past...No?

Yes you are right. I am pro Phil use to be a Melo guy once. I quickly realized even before Phil that Melo's game didn't translate into big time winning. That he needs to be lead. I also know that there very few leaders out there in the NBA.

I also know that people who wanted Phil gone are the same reason why rebuilding will not happen in NY. In an era of super teams how are you going to get past GS and Cavs? There aren't enough players out there to team up with Melo and he needs to be lead so a leader has to come aboard.

Phil had the right approach which was to rebuild and create a window down the road. I see all of that disappear with one move that the owner didn't think through once again he caved in to the demands of those that don't know about basketball or how a team is even built. There are factions of people out there that think it's all easy. They don't know about salary caps or anything behind trades.

Melo has undermined enough people already and will continue to do so until his time in the NBA is over. Today to me is a very sad day in the Knicks franchise. We have just learned that all of NYK decisions are made by the media and players. This trend is a continuous trend. When ever a player doesn't like something instead of buying in its complain and get someone fired at the top. Complain to the media and let them run the witch hunt.

Oh man this is a very sad time.

Very disappointed for once a GM committed to rebuilding something that I wanted for such a long time it might be for nothing.

You sound like me where you were optimistic with melo for a long time. What a pos he turned out to be.

I've honestly never felt so deflated as a Knicks fan. I was even ok watching during the Isiah years. This move that was made today.....

Vmart -- my sentiments exactly.

It's very easy to criticize; it's hard to build

It's like the cathartic relief of a riot. Rioters think they accomplished something and then they wake up the next day and realize they burned down their neighborhood, and no one is going to come and fix it either.

Agreed, those 11 months would of done wonders for you. You might of been able to create an arguing point that makes sense.

How do you know that? He might have held things up on Phil but Phil did not work on a partnership with Melo to move him. He created bad blood in a situation where a different approach might have resulted in a better outcome.

Melo signed the contract then said f-ck ball movement and defense and you are going to talk about Phil not working with Melo as a partnership?
