Lazy passing is a problem. I still think Jeff is making a mistake by not running more PnR, Drag and Pin Down Screens! This offense is still very “Triangly” IMO.
Push the ball and get into EARLY SPREAD PnR!!!!

Those nagging injuries are a mystery for our medical staff though. Felton is still dealing with wrist issues and I believe he first injured his wrist here.

They have enough individual talent to beat us in a messy game like this. The Knicks can win if they stay the course though. I liked what I saw ESPECIALLY on the defensive end which for some reason was nonexistent in pre season.
This Knicks roster is setup for Nitty to take over the PG Spot cuz Sessions can’t start for very long! He really looks mediocre and like a placeholder.

frustrating we made some silly plays but as a young team i guess you can expect growing pains

Great rebounding by KP. I am not ready to make any bold statements like I have seen in this tgread about either team or player. Theses 1st two weeks are basically an extended preseason to these teams. As tge years go by they will get used to the shorter preseason and I think we will see more "player" run mini-camps.

I'm liking what I'm seein overall. Hard D. Need Frank to get comfortable and just play. Refs are being whimps afraid of the star players. Westbrook as usual against us is allowed to play like that kid in school who never knew how to play and just fouled the sh1t out of everybody all game.
