It really isn't a coincidence that he moved the ball, was in the flow of the game, and then he started hitting his shots... hopefully he can make me eat some crow pie sooner rather than later

As for this game, damn, I'm so used to the Cavs kicking our asses I'm sort of shell shocked that we returned the favor

Same here. I'll gladly eat crow if he can live up to his contract.

Yeah...that's the type of thing you WANT to be proven wrong about...have said similar in the past.

In the 4th, down the stretch, Melo had no legs left and couldn’t shoot. KP scores 8 Dow. The stretch to put the game out of reach. He also had 12 boards and 2 blocks. The Knicks Win!!!

KP was 13-27, 2-5 3pt, 4-5 ft

Frank's defense looks very promising!

Knicks have the potential to actually be championship good one day/season sooner than later.

Played like a rookie. Showed a few glimpses of his potential as well as showed why he's a 19 year old rookie. Overall I thought he was a plus, though he was a -2 in +/-.

Thought he struggled when the linup was without kp or kanter, but overall solid for a rookie...one spectacular pass.

Lebron was guarding him for a good clip!

He definitely contributed and played very well for a rookie

Early in game Wade thought he would school the rookie and Frank was having none of it!

Game has to be important for collective confidence

Key going forward is maintaining the energy level on both ends

GReat win!

Cleveland looks in disarray but the Knicks looked good. D was solid. KP and Hardaway were great. Jack is good and Frank is not a bust for sure. I think he will be very good in time.

This team is actually fun to watch! What a concept! THis is EXACTLY what I hoped for when Melo was dealt. Team spirit, ball movement, player movement, better D and the chance to win the game.

Keep it going, tonight!

I say Timmy gets 30+!!!

EDIT - 40+!!!

Great game for Timmy! Lee was aggressive. Love Kanter's effort on the boards. KP could have scored 40+ if we kept feeding him the ball in the post. Has really learned he can shoot over anyone. Looked like Melo from mid range.

Great win!! Don't have tickets for tonighs game but hoping they keep it going.

Here's a great slice:
Kristaps Porzingis shooting by primary defender:

Tristan: 4-8
Love: 3-6
LeBron: 3-6
Crowder: 1-1
Korver: 0-1
Wade: 0-1

unicorn stays at the 4. Put a bulldozer next to him. KP at the 4 could end up being one of the best scorers... ever. Look at how easily these 30 point games are coming. Not too much ISO. Just wait till he starts passing. Lord have mercy our little unicorn is growing

the best thing I saw was, this was a team win, and it seem like everyone knew their role.

kP looks like he can become a nightmare for defenders of all sizes.

We laugh at phil last season when he stated, one of the best games in saw from kp was when he didn't have one 3 point attempt. In a 3 point era, that sounded pretty stupid at the time, But i'll be dam was he was dead on.

if he can continue to mix it up...smh..

KP put in a lot of work on his lower body during the off season. He is showing the fruits of his hard work. He will continue to get stronger as he ages. Natural growth and development.

With KP & Kanter at the moment. We have to ability to push teams with size. What we need is to get a small ball lineup as well that can push teams with pace and 3s. And have best of both worlds.
