Last few games we had the advantage up front...the Pacers 4 and 5's are killing us...Sabonis, Turner and Young are owning our front line tonight...

Lance doesn't think

Tonight Indiana's long range skills appear to be far better than ours and it makes a difference. If Hardaway's not hitting from downtown, we're at a severe disadvantage because we don't really have anyone else who's a consistent deep threat.
McDermott, Lee, Dotson can all hit the 3
Kanter had a great first 8 minutes, then disappeared completely. Timmy having a really bad gamne- forcing things and looks completely out of whack

We can't push the pace like we should,we definitely need a faster pg in the mix
The Pacers play with 2 PG’s and 3 ball handling quick guards at times. Jeff was BIG on that in Phoenix and Eventually the Knicks will need to do that.

So here’s the thing. Turner had 2 fouls quickly in the first quarter. We didn’t take advantage of that and go inside. We wanted to play shoot from the outside
Our 7ft big men are drving to the rim more than our 6ft PGs. IDK, I see that as a problem. Hope to see more progress in that dept.
Purely on the coach. This score. Not telling the team to go inside each possession

I agree. Knicks aren’t using their SIZE inside. We can’t match their speed. Gotta post them to death 💀
Sabonis is fluid, and very high IQ

Nah gotta give Indiana credit. The Knicks are getting in the paint more than usual in this game. Indiana has been playing great interior defense.

Apple didn't fall far from the tree... THJr? Not so much
The speed of their guards is blistering, we don't have anything to match that. Lee had a fast break where he got outrun for the block and he had at least 5 ft on the guy when the started off.

He's giving me Tyler Hansborough flashbacks with the way he's muscling us inside. Must hold a grudge against Enes from their OKC days.

Yeah their speed and ball handling is superior to anything we’ve got. Gotta play smarter! THJ forced bad shots. We didn’t go inside enough. Just missed open 3’s too. Gotta make those open 3’s.

I think that's doing injustice to him, Hansbrough was bruiser with very little skill, this kid is just gifted. He has the bruising element for sure, but he can shoot jumpers, put it on the floor, pass like guard. I think OKC busted out on both their trades. I would take Sabonis over anybody else on both trades - for where the Knicks are now
Lots of kung fu fighting inside.... gotta give up to indiana
