All games are on Facebook live. Just go to the G League homepage at game time.
Wtf though.... They play Trey Burke and XRM position. If rather they not come in and mess up their flow
Apparently Baker sucks in the G league too
The UNC kid was killing it. Like his hustle and athleticism. Don't know if it translates to the big club tho.
Baker had 14 points on 7 shots with five steals. But he made some bad turnovers. Hicks looked great and was clutch near the end. Burke deferred his scoring but had 10 assists. Dotson rebounded well but his shot was off. Hayes and XRM were meh. Kornet stunk. His play was weak and slow. And he missed some big threes at the end when they needed them.

Hicks had 35 pts and 10 boards

Everyone but Hicks were missing big 3's in the end with Hicks hitting the big one to tie it up. I've been so excited about Dotson ever since we drafted him and his shot was great in SL but he just can't seem to find his shot since the regular season has started. I'm hoping it's just nerves and he'll be fine and will find his shot eventually.

Everyone has had a big game.
Game 1: Mayes & Kornet
Game 2: Burke
Game 3: Hayes
Game 4: Hicks

I would offer Dotson -OR- that CHI 2nd round pick to the Bulls for Antonio Blakeney right now. 2 years younger than Dotson, better player with a better future/much higher upside imo. CHI shit the bed by letting Spencer Dinwiddie walk (he's playing well for the Nets now as a regular rotation player. Don't let the poor shooting % fool you--2 poor shooting games have brought that way down--both Net wins btw--he's been playing great otherwise--45% from 3); I'd be banking on that same shortsightedness/naivete by the Bulls--hopefully they don't know what they have with Blakeney exactly. If we had a redo on this summer's draft, we should've taken Blakeney over Dotson at 44.
I'd also call up Orlando about Khem Birch and the rights to Janis Timma. I want both (esp. Birch if we were able to move O'Quinn). I'd put Sessions, O'Quinn, Kuz, one of Dotson or the CHI 2nd rounder, the rights to Jaramaz and/or Labeyrie, and cash all on the table here in some package.
Then I'd sign Cat Barber, currently playing in Italy (Enel Brindisi). Hopefully he has an out in his contract to return to the NBA--I'm sure he does.
Blakeney, Barber, Timma and Birch is a lot of young, athletic, plus-upside firepower we could potentially add here for very little.

Baker is a steal machine. He had 5 more last night. I'd like to see him and Frank on the court together. Would be fun.
Fun? You have to score more than your opponent not steal more. Baker is in the g league because of his turnovers.... the Westchester Knicks lost cuz of Bakers turnovers. Sensing a theme?
Baker is learning Mandarin
