Yeah it was one of those nights for sure. KP still has a long way to go in terms of developing his overall game as much of the team does. The Spurs don't give you any slack so this was another good learning experience IMO.

Yeah they beat us, they are one of the top teams in the league. However, with 10:10 left in the 3rd and a two point lead Pop calls a TO. He goes straight to the ref for a talk and immediately we are called for a foul on 6 straight possessions and wind up in the penalty with 7 minutes to go and the game is over. Pretty fuckin corny if you ask me. Also we needed to take Kanter out much sooner in the 2nd half. Completely ineffective against these guys. When he can’t get rebounds, post scoring or any semblance of defense he needs to be yanked immediately.
And that crazy pass that turned into a 3 should have been offensive goaltending since LA’s hand was draped across the rim when the ball went by. Get a fuckin clue officials.
Being French I defend easily enough Frank but with so much doubt in his game he can not improve it is really a mental problem

Willy looked very good last night in the few minutes they allowed him to play.
so watched the replay of the game...KP looked immature in his game, getting frustrated easy. Not even sure why he was rolling to the basket on the pick instead of stepping back and trusting his deadly outside shot. You hit that at a regular clip and they won't know what to do with you. instead he played PNR rolling almost every time and that too a really bad roll, leaving no space for the point to give him the ball.
can't believe i am saying this, but KP still has a lot of basketball moves to learn.

rebounding - non existent
kanter has way more high percentage post moves compared to KP
ntilikina looked like ugh ntilikina. tentative, rookie, started the with no hesitation 3 and then immediately started to just be his old self.
it's like 1 step forward 1 step back.
jack played good, LT shot well, mcdermott couldn't get free, kanter played ok (think back is still bothering him), beasley played "mystical" lol.
