Just curious what happens with his roster spot next year. Will we get a free roster spot open because of his injury or will he still occupy it? Already thinking about a potential roster/lineups for 2018/19..

There will be a 16th spot to carry an extra person (not counting 2-way players). Then someone would have to be cut when he returns.
