Clear Browsing Data, u could clear from day, 1 week, and more settings if you do not want to go back too far but if needed try clearing ALL
there are more settings for it but just google how to do it
I had issues with it a couple years ago and this would fix it
I do NOT know but I believe it is NOT this website that is giving issues, it is all the adware/malware from all the websites your own computer has collected without us knowing

I still get issues with a World Cup ad saying I need to spin a wheel. It has been happening all weekend.
I switched to CM Browser... no problems for me. With google chrome I was having the same pop up issues.
