Great to hear...I didn't watch the game.

Guess this is sarcasm given the boxscore.

Rumor is Frank is out 1-2 weeks with a sprained groin
On the plus side I do think it's amazing how Mitch has played this year considering he sat out last year
didn't see this game but from the descriptions sounds exactly what i've been looking for from kevin. mix up his o more, get closer to the basket for shots, play more efficiently. if he can become a more efficient and consistent offensive player with a more diversified game, that's just what i'm looking for at this point. the court awareness, passing, rebounding, d can all come in time once he establishes his core on-court value on the offensive end.

Hofstra was referring to Kadeem Allen :)

I think That kid is so RAW and needed the G league, but since we started out playing to lose, they felt it was better to develop him in this kind of environment

No Rainman he didnt need the G League. He has looked real good. The injuries set him back a bit but he has shown why he was a steal

Sandbox boy, he's in foul trouble 85% of the time he's on the floor, he's out of position 85% of the time he's on the floor, and manages to recover sometimes, but usually to late and he fouls..
That has been happening with him since SL, his slump shoulders and piss poor body language looks like he's disinterested half the time, and its all over his scouting report.
But of course you see a few couple shots, and ally opp dunks and your ready to reward him the steal of the draft....when you stop being bias and naive, holla at ya boy..
that kid wouldn't crack the rotation on any good team in the league

True that he would not crack the rotation on any good team but that can be said of most second rounders. It would be a blessing for most second rounders to get a shot at playing consistent minutes against NBA players. Mitch has had this luxury due to injuries and the Knicks focused on next year. What's wrong with that? Think there is plenty of value in him getting NBA minutes at such an early age. Specially because he does not seem overwhelmed with the level of play. Does he need to work on things....of course. But why do you think he is not doing so at the NBA level with the coaching staff for the Knicks and would only be doing so with s less experienced coaching staff and lower level of play at the G League. Time will tell if he is being developed. But that will take a couple of years not just a couple of motnhs.
