Love Kemba....he's from my old stomping grounds in the BX, but I don't want to see him in a Knick uni especially at the price tag he will come with...

One thing is the Phil Jackson issue and the issues when Melo was around.

And if you are going to be out for the year with your injury and your team has the chance to bring another star young player through the draft, isnt that actually the best you can expect for your team?
This seems to be more of a power play from Janis and Porzingis. The excuse is the Knicks losing, which is funny because Porzingis being out is a huge part of that.

unfortunately we don't need mentors with winning ways for the rest of the season...tomorrow is february. 2.5 months of the season left. we need to tank even harder.

I think we finally managed to do what we have not been able to do since the Ewing trade. We are starting with a clean slate (assuming we waive Wes and Deandre) and find a way to dump Kanter. In today's NBA this is quite an accomplishment. Doesn't mean jack unless they can then use it to build a contender, but this a start. Get any two of KD, Kwahi and Klay to come here and play with a first rounder we draft this year and Knox and Frank.
