Knicks get AD, Hill, E/T Moore- Give 2 first round picks (Dallas ones) Enes the Menace , Wes Matthews and then they can pick any of the following combination: DSjr , Mudiay, Frank, Deandre Jordan, Trier , Dotson, Vonley and one of Trier, Kev Knox or Mitch Rob or another lotto pick. There. Why its good for Pels- We take on more salary than the Lakers offer, our picks are likely more valuable Because We The Knicks nor do we have Lebron and they get another player that is lottery talent from the draft. So 3 picks potentially. Why its good for Us - we just need 1 more all star to sign this year and we going to the ECF while still keeping developing our young players. We sign another all star next year or the year after and win it all. The only question is , Is AD +whoever good enough to challenge the Raptors in the East or the GS and Thunder in the West?
No, the Knicks won't make any offers until after the draft lottery to find out where we pick so we would have to wait until the offseason to make our offer cause the Pels wanna know where our pick will be. So no Wes Mathews or D.Jordan or N.Vonleh would be in our offer cause they're all free agents after this season.

That would be bad news because our chances are only 14% at best. If thats the case then if the deal comes after the draft they can only get our 2019 pick if its Zion and they will no longer be able to receive the Dallas picks nor one of Trier,Knox,Mitch Rob
Kyrie waffling on where he wants to go makes this hard for the Pels. I am sure they would prefer to send AD out of the west if they can. If Kyrie is in Boston or NY I think AD would resign there. If he goes to LA I think AD ends up in LA. Hopefully the Pels wait until the offseason but the LA offer was massive. I wonder if they know Kyrie is coming if they get AD.

I mean i don't know if it would be Zion or nothing for the Pels with that pick cause there's still many people out there that are very high on RJ Barrett and Ja Morant has been climbing draft boards and is even going #2 on some boards now and they are moving Jrue Holiday to SG so maybe they love Morant. I'm just assuming it would be Zion or nothing but my point was that we have 7 first round picks the next 5 years and we do have young intriguing players so i think we could match what the Lakers are offering especially if we had that #1 pick next year which would be Zion. They could want RJ Barrett or Morant with 2 more future first round picks with Knox, DSJ, M.Robinson and Trier.

Lebron absolutely has already spoken to every max free agent that's out there this offseason and has spoken to AD without a doubt IMO. That guy will have a plan and probably already has a plan for if they get AD and already has a plan for if they don't and probably has other plans already worked out with certain players and wouldn't doubt at all if Kyrie is in a couple of those plans. Lebron is the king of getting players to follow him to wherever he's playing.

True. Thats definitely logical and has been the case for a while with him. The truth is we have more assets than LA before the draft even. They got Lebron. Their draft picks are worse as a given.
The hatred New Orleans has for Pelinka is real.

The Lakers have pulled out of conversations aimed at trying to acquire New Orleans All-Star forward Anthony Davis because of the Pelicans’ “outrageous” trade requests, according to a person with knowledge of the situation.
Ahhhhh......just let us move on.
https://www.nydailynews.com/sports/baske...Before we get to the Lakers, a little something to chew on: The New York Knicks were the No. 1 choice of Anthony Davis last week on the day that Kristaps Porzingis was traded to Dallas … but Porzingis’ unwillingness to commit to a long-term deal with New Orleans killed that deal.
