Right I see him and Mitch both in the category of gain strength n conditioning and the court is yours

I like on the last play, Mitch was sticking his chest out, to guard Vujevic, instead of jazz hands. When he puts on weight. Like you said, gains strength, wont get pushed out of the blocks.
