They mentioned Achilles issues, could be tendinitis or tendinosis, instead of a tear. Either one can linger. Had it in both legs. Took a year to get to pain free. Dont know how serious Durant's condition is.
Glad Knicks have scouts at this game. Feel bad for Durant.
KD came, impressed, it did not hold.
That sucks. Not a warrior fan but seeing Durant go down like that was brutal. I hope Kerr was right when he said he could only aggravate the injury and that it wasn't related to his Achilles.

This!!!
For such a classy organization they did a very not classy thing and rushed him back with an obvious Achilles injury. When he got hurt he clearly grabbed his Achilles.
KD showed the Rapts and the world that this is a different series if he was healthy...

Looked like Durant was grabbing his Achilles. If thats what he hurt, has to be serious enough that he cant do any more harm to it. Not good.
This makes me love what Kawhi Leonard did to the Spurs. A player should never let himself be pressured by a team to play while he is hurt.

I thought it was the achilles initially the way he looked at the back of his leg when he was running down the court vs the Rockets....I'm shocked he was able to come back at all...

If it in fact was his Achilles, nevermind all the rings GS already has. Agree WTF was GS thinking? Not an injury you mess around with.
Dray just lost the series.

Here is a close up of the exact area he grabbed. You might have to click it to get a better view. The Warriors make me sick. I can understand a lesser injury but how could they rush him back with this serious of an injury.
Will be happy to see LeBron back in the Finals, at some point. Still glad we are getting to see something different this year. Good for the league.
Doctors cleared him and thus if told he could "tweek" and not tear, then he should be fine.
Its up to the player to know his body.
Why we always have to "blame"?
He can opt out. if he sits, They pay him. This guy was averaging 34 a game in the playoffs.
really guys, he knows his body, Dr's no his body, we don't know spit.
I am no doctor but this looks bad.
Will wait for the MRI before I jump to conclusions...Doris Burke was reporting outside of the locker room and kept mentioning "Raw Emotions"....Durant is mos def in pain. Mental? Physical? Both?
