We might have another stopper in Wooten. Robinson and Wooten might need a nickname if this keeps up.
GustavBahler @ 7/13/2019 6:24 PM
Cavanaugh plays gritty
Cartman718 @ 7/13/2019 6:25 PM
Are we going to be able to keep Wooten, Kavanaugh and Hinton?

Dont know, good question. Right now Wooten has my vote if its a choice. Want to see more.

GustavBahler @ 7/13/2019 6:34 PM
Nice shot off the dribble by Braz.
GustavBahler @ 7/13/2019 6:49 PM
Like how Knox has been pushing the tempo, but also looking to pass. Some are off the mark, but Knox is sharing the rock more.
Cartman718 @ 7/13/2019 6:52 PM
Ball movement to find open man has been excellent in this game.

They're doing a good job of finding cutters. We've gone years without seeing a Knicks squad do that. Lucky to to see a player cutting.

RJ is rubbing off on Knox and others, with his pace and passing ability. I also see RJ is playing lower to the floor, and changing his speed on drives to the hole. I just caught the end of the 2nd quarter, but looks like he's having a triple double type game. I think thats going to be the norm for RJ. He can score, rebound and pass.

I like him. I might give him Allen's spot and throw him a two-way

I'm not surprised. He's the type of player who needs to play at a certain pace. He looks more comfortable.

Man...we need to sign Wooten to the G-League and try to sneak him into the NBA dunk contest.
BigDaddyG @ 7/13/2019 7:19 PM
Wooten with the spin

He's the only rim protector, after Mitch. Gotta sign him. His blocks changes momentum.

I can't imagine how many times Troy Caupain got roasted because of his name lol

Yep. Hopefully bring him up when we trade one of our free agents not named Randle this season.

Looks like RJ is hushing a lot of his critics lately. Kid looks relaxed and doing a little bit of everything
Cartman718 @ 7/13/2019 8:00 PM
21 pts 8 reb 10 assists...when was the last time we saw that from a rookie

Yep....I said RJ might be the best player on Duke, when he was in college. I saw exactly what we saw today. But more importantly, he had no fear in college, even with Zion on his team. And in crunch time, Coach K put the ball in RJ's hands. Zion deferred to RJ as well. Those were qualities I saw in college. When we fell to 3 in the draft, it reminded me of KP all over again. We wanted the #1 pick, but RJ has the same potential if not more than Zion. And RJ is a gym rat that wants to be the best....With mentors that will sharpen him up like a pencil throughout his career. I love how he slowed down his pace, and his vision is better than I thought.

wow. rj playing like last year’s #3. Don’t need that explosion when you’re skilled, crafty and smart.

Knicksfan @ 7/13/2019 9:30 PM
And to think some people said RJ was a ball hog and the guy is a really good passer and playmaker.
