He needs to go behind the scenes again and get Caris traded or he will be gone in a deal for a third star.

Im not expert on the Kyrie Irving mind but found his election by peers to be quite fascinating!
I have read Rondo is a math savant and that might be an attractive attribute to be a union rep but not really seeing why Irving is seen as one.

Williams and Shamet come off the bench for Beverly and George. Jackson will probably eat up Shamet mins.

IMO Williams and Shamet are shooters, with Beverly more of a ball distributor or scoring PG.

Small ball bench of Williams, Shamet, Reggie, Harrell and a big would do nicely, but I don't really know LAC rotation

My understanding is that he went with a cortisone shot and that type of thing can be temporary if it doesn’t help solve, so he prob will end up getting surgery, and soon cause this year is a waste anyway without Durant

It was expected- the problem is he's leaving the surgery so late it will likely impact next season too

Wow, didn't know that. But you do want to avoid surgery as much as you can

Karl-Anthony Towns is out indefinitely after injuring his left wrist.

Ryan Saunders held Towns out of practice, and said he didn't know how many games he would miss.

An MRI last week revealed the injury.

Towns missed 15 games earlier this season with a left knee sprain.

I was curious to see how the D-Lo/Towns pairing worked out (mainly because it seemed that's what we might have gone for), but guess we'll have to wait longer

Markieff Morris has agreed to a buyout with the Detroit Pistons.

Morris is averaging 11.1 points, .39 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 22.5 minutes over 44 games this season with the Pistons.

Morris signed a two-year, $7.4 million deal with the Pistons this past offseason.

The Los Angeles Lakers are the frontrunner to sign Morris while the Toronto Raptors have also expressed interest.
