Butler has obviously helped turn the Heat into a contender in the Eastern Conference, but the big story so far has been the leap third-year big man Bam Adebayo has taken. The former No. 14 overall pick is averaging a double-double with 13.8 points and 10.2 rebounds per game. He’s also making a major impact with his tremendous defense.
I was hoping frank, knox, or mitch could make a jump like this dude
This guy has been totally beast mode, every night, and plays the right way
They have all made progress. its not gonna happen over night no matter how much you think it should. All are kids still.

It's not about the age, it's about the development process, the habits he's picked up, his teammates, the coach, and his personal drive..
It's the exact reason why 19 yr old RJ, 20 yr old luka, 20 yr old trae young are way better than 19 yr old frank, and 19 yr old knox.

That's not very accurate. RJ and Luke were always supposed to be better players than Frank and Knox. Nobody has ever claimed Frank or Knox were suppose to be all-star talents. The problem is you want bigtime results immediately. That's just not reality man lol. Instead of recognizing the progress the young kids are making you immediately compare them to other players and feel they should make the same if not a better jump and if they don't they shouldn't be here lol. That's not how it works

You were right Gustav...the slow path is the right path. I wish we were as cool as the Nets and every bit of our dysfunction wasn't blasted everywhere.

I think SAS espen is pretty much blasted. I basically only follow knicks. 14 games is either a foreshadow of things to come it calms down. \ Just from all I have read, the kid can play, but he is down right snarky!

Kyrie isn’t playing until after the Cavs, Celtics road trip. He might go against the Knicks but I don’t think he puts on a uni in Boston and probably doesn’t go on that road trip

Hadnt been paying attention to Bklyn, not much better than us. Consider Irving a bullet dodged.

To be honest, I was in favor of bringing Kyrie to NY, post Cavs, definitely not post Celtics. Too many injuries, and drama.

Porzingis helping Luka and Mavs be a top 5 West team, top 7 team in the league. His defensive impact and rebounding been huge for Dallas.

God, I hate sports journalism. The report about Divac and Luka's dad was also confirmed to be BS.

their draft picks seemed to be his losing value by the wk.

That's AOK though, right? Knicks don't get their pick til next year? So it's actually a GOOD THING that this year they do well (not getting a high pick) and then it'll be time for KP to miss half a season when our pick is due.
