I hope he continues to build confidence because hes our best guard defender.. and you want him playing as much as possible on defense. Anything he gives on offense is a bonus....

I agree- accentuate the positive things that he does as a PG. His shot looks better tonight..maybe the time and confidence are setting in?

Once that happens, the drive will open up a bit more too. It takes time as it is NOT his character as a player. He is a facilitator and defender first. He likes setting up players more than taking the shot. That is a good thing but YES there needs to be a better balance.

Needs to be more of a threat to the defense and less predictable offensively.

He typically gives the ball up right after crossing halfcourt.
