Detlef took time before he was finally unleashed. He sat on the Pacers bench, then became an ultra sixth-man before he started. Something to keep in mind while Iggy develops.

Yeah that's why his career rings bells. Not super athletic but can really play the game. I'm a big fan of Iggy

Alright, alright, I hear you... let's promote Allan Houston to the GM position.

Depending on how Iggy's defense looks, he might be the future at SF. Knox is improving but his defense is still suspect, and I am starting to think he will never be anything other than an average/mediocre defender. Iggy looks like he is just as good, if not better, scorer, and if he can defend, I think he takes that SF spot. Let him stay in the G league until January, trade Morris for a 1st round pick, and then play Iggy off the bench and let him and Knox fight it out for minutes.

As others have said, I think it will come down to defense for the guy, at least that will be Phiz's reason for not playing him.

I see Iggy is back at Westchester. He was tied for the lead in points last night with 21. Led the team with a FIC of 14.8.
Seems like a reasonable stat (if you hover above the column name you get a description.)

Sabonis is avarage defender. Iggy has no idea how to defend in NBA
He can score anything in GL but he is not even ready for NBA junk time.
He is at right place to develop and will play menigful minutes in NBA after we will trade or cut the junk after ASB or even earlier.
