I can't see our backcourt keeping McCollum and Lillard in check. I can't see the Knicks beating the Spurs ever really

Portland game will all be about who is the worst SF/PF defender off the bench, Melo or Knox

Unless medical miracles happen with Pau Gasol, Melo will probably still be starting. Pick another hate comparison. Maybe the starting forward with most pathetic vertical?

Starting forward who will do his best Getting Owned By Hibbert at the rim impression?

Redundant semantics = hate

In basketball, goaltending is the violation of interfering with the ball while it is on its way to the basket and it is (a) in a downward flight, (b) when it is above the basket ring and within the imaginary cylinder, and (c) not touching the rim.
telling the truth of what happened is hate?

Its sad when 32 wins would be a vast improvement but also would be unlikely.

remember when the idea of that was unacceptable

That's what kills me, both Fisher and JH were fired after 31 and 32 win seasons.

Hell, woodson was fired after 37 wins, and he had a injury riddle roster for 3 quarters of that season.

IMO you should be able to get 30 wins off of hard work and effort alone, another 7 to 10 off of good coaching (close games)..

When you come from 17 wins and don't add "Stars" the expectation reality is really what it is. The pattern is FO/coaches/players/summer league are all hype. I don't care what FO says. I don't care what coaches say. They are all positive and should be. When Vegas lays the odds preseason that's where the reality hits. You dont' sell tickets by saying you'll win 25 games. You sell tickets on hope, and the entertainment value. Im not just watching wins and losses. Im watching competitive games. If not, Im tuning out. Im watching Fiba Frank evolve, Smith struggle and perhaps elevate, Mitch grab the ball halfway up the backboard and dunk it! The team that had no closers last year at least try with Randle and Morris. Im watching Knox and the others "Good, bad and the Ugly".
Knicks are not "accountable" to me. Nobody puts a gun to my head and makes me watch the game. What I wont' do is get mad.

pathetic vertical and getting owned by Hibbert is redundant.

Also, if you watch the replay, it was a goal tend. But carry on.

I say we go 5-5- realistic

6-4- hoping for

Looks like the Knicks would be lucky to get one.

Woodson was not fired, he was not rehired when Phil bought his triangle to town. By most accounts not a fan, including myself was dissatisfied with the job he did. New regime.
Fish was dysfunctional. Phil's first choice Kerr was a good one. Walton was not coming and he hired Fish who was not prepared to be head coach for many reasons.
JH was let go because because MIlls and Perry were wanted their guy. JH let go might have been a concession for KP. Bud might have been the better choice but we don't know all the details. He might have made demands that were not acceptable at that moment to the people in the room at that time.

There is a reason why Mitch was taken in the second round. He needed lots of time.

If they are judging Fiz in 10 game increments he should be toast by xmas eve.

sixers---blew a 17 point lead
spurs----losers of 8 straight..home loss
nets-----top 3 players injured..home loss

first 17 games, 14 different starting lineups

We are a pathetic run team..

We may go 0-10...

Fizdale is just a really bad coach..

I think they run... but they are not sure where to run.
They will learn... give them time...

The only team I think we have a chance against is the Nets but I think little brother is always motivated to kick our butts and they will have the best player on the court

I think I'm gonna win this one unfortunately

TheGame @ 12/3/2019 6:19 AM
If the Knicks go 0-10 or 1-9 for the next ten games it probably will be time to fire Fizdale. The team should give it one more ten game evaluation after this current run. If the team is still doing no better than 1-9, we might as well fire Fizdale because there is no way he survives the summer.

Bump. Fiz didn't even live to see 0-10.

Although sitting on a beach counting Jimmie's millions and having probably the next two years off paid is a nice way to live.
A stress-free Christmas and New Year's!

So are Mills and Perry both on the clock in the next 10 games? I cannot believe Jimmie would fire Miller, even if he loses every game and sheehits his pants on the sidelines...

I think the team knew he went from Head coach to substitute teach

Is he good enough to be a punchbag for your fire-somebody posts?
