How about, bring in a experience proven F/O, draft well, make sensible trades that make you better, sign a Star FA or trade for one since nobody is eager to joined..
Along the way your more than likely going to have to make some sacrifices with the talent you drafted, or a future pick.
I see your sharing your baby pictures again, or is that a picture of you back in 2016 after another knicks loss..
Nope. That's Nalod after reading your redundant posts.
tell mommy to give you your bottle
MS wrote:Expectations are the coach should understand how to put the players in the best position to succeed.Julius Randle can not dribble and should not be used as a ballhandler.
Dotson is our best 3D player and has been for two years and somehow is always getting jerked in and out of the rotation.
RJ Barrett shouldn't be getting be playing so many minutes.
You can't have Trier and Dennis Smith on the same roster, because they are redundant, much like Bobby Portis is, this should be common knowledge.
IT would be nice to trust the coach and the front office know what they are doing, but that's not anyone's expectation!
well according to nolad my post are redundant, which would go right along with the roster.
I want to know what's going to happen when Payton comes back healthy? who minutes will get cut

They both bring something to the table, but they demand the ball too much at times.agreed. I expect Morris to be trade at the deadline. Randle actually has good passing ability but I just don't know why Fis does not stress this to him more

Why is there an assumption that he doesn't? You don't think these experts are missing what the rest of us fanboys see with our eyes?
Maybe the players gotta do a better job at executing

Fizdale decides who gets minutes. You're right that its on the players to execute. Also on the coach to send a message, if players are going off script. Its a balancing act for Fizdale because he doesnt want to alienate the vets, but he cant let them play with blinders on. If he sits Randle/Morris when they arent playing team ball, it cant help their possible trade value. As I said, believe we would be better off if one of them was traded.

Maybe we can send Morris back to the Celtics. They need another big that can shoot. Plus the like him in Boston.

To be honest, dont know which player we should.trade. Still a bit early. Curious as to how well the team does when just one of them is on the court, beyond +/-.

I think it's just dealers choice. Can't go wrong with either one as long as they get traded. They are redundant. BUT...if i had a choice...I would like to keep Morris. Randle's dribbling has turned me off on him.
Jules has some interesting stats.
Put KP and Jules contract side by side. 21mil for three years, two guaranteed. KP avg 31mil for 5 years.
Then look at the stats. Its interesting. The By the time we sort this all out it will about all 5 years in hindsight.

I agree. Morris seems to be the keeper of the two. Randle simply doesn't play consistently over the entire game. When the brain farts kick in, its one after another. I think he'll get shopped.

It's choosing between syphilis an gonorrhea... both can be fatal if left untreated I guess...depend on which one has the milder symptoms lol Seriously, I think Morris causes the least damage on the court of the two. Plus, Morris is a leader. It seems players respond to his intensity. I still think Randle has more upside if used correctly.
Is this team better than the one that we had post KP trade? It think so. Is it where we want it to be? not even close.
Look at Randle's game log. His Turn overs are reducing. The hustle steal after frank bricked his free throws was good. Is he infuriating at times? Yes. Same for Morris who is in the role as closer. A new role. Its easy to say "well, if we are not going to win why not just let Barrett do it?" Fact is Morris has been hitting some clutch shots in the few clutch moments. Its not a high %, cuz its never a high %.

I expected to lose to Toronto but I had hoped that instead of playing RJ and Frankie that Fiz would have let them have a day off and try to resuscitate the bench or try a radically different lineup. Instead he managed to embarrass the entire team in every possible way.
Randle is the elephant in the locker room. He needs a change of scenery - I can't imagine life will get better here. He's become the poster child for failure. I think you have to plug Porter and Morris into that spot and use Randle in games you don't expect to compete in. If he flounders around who cares - concentrate on the other four players on the floor.
I think Fiz needs to simply concentrate on developing the defensive aspect of the game as a team identity. To that end, Wooten needs to get promoted to back Gibson, and Mitch.
And there's just nothing that I see in DSJ's game that looks like upside. I can't put my finger on it but he seems to be a lost soul. If we're going to invest time in a PG backup then Allen seems like the guy who can back Frankie til Payton is back.
The ROI on DSJ is abysmal - we need to cut bait there.
I would really like to see Frankie, Dotson, RJ, Morris, and Gibson/Mitch being given the keys with Allen, Trier, Knox, Porter, Mitch/Gibson first off the bench for a few games.
In games where we have a small chance of winning let's see Frankie, RJ, and Mitch sit and give the rest some run.

I know its easy to offer suggestions as this current shyt show is yielding little. I have no answer to this and cannot offer a valid debate platform.
Regarding expectations im not sure why anyone pushes back on the Oddsmakers at the start of the season. Unless an outlier talent emerges or injury devistates they they are far more reliable then our emotions. We watch the games, or not. Anger and blame? Im past that. Years past.
My hope is Dolan is tired of the public negativity and sells 51% and let a new general partner take over. I understand it might not speed things up but maybe hope can prevail.
If we have to go to the draft again for it, So be it.

I think most of the optimism was that the signings would turn out better than they had. Its something that's correctable.
Dolan has no intention of selling the team and those would wish it so don't factor in the reality that a.) Dolan is not a bad owner and b.) the next owner can be worse, much worse.
Changing FO does not change the status of Frank or Knox. Are we to things if we fire everyone we undue “Mistakes” and the new guys/gals bring their success with them?
Media feeds us another “Ujiri” starphuch. The guy is good. If team was 8-12 and Kawhi shot does not fall thru and team fails “again” in conf finals, then he leaves for Free agency, does he really the “savior”?
If Durant and Thompson don’t break, are they champs? Thin line. I Think his contract has a bit to go, doe we really trade first round pick for this guy? We really think KP would have stayed? would Have Masai ave traded him either as Phil wanted to or after he got hurt? Of course !!!!
Media feeds fans, fans see losses, and we are angered by failure. That’s entertainment?
