When healthy, Peyton is the best pg on the team in terms of passing, seeing the floor and getting the team into its sets...problem with Peyton is he is probably 1 and done like Mudiay...

I guess it's a matter of preference. I am a Frank fan. I think his intangibles are better than Payton. I think his ceiling is higher

Frank is better defensively, no question...I also like his size in the backcourt
