The Stockton Drill stuff is kind of interesting but
what stood out for me in this is that the long 2pter is considred a bad shot. Basketball has changed. I couldn't be a youth coach today.

I think the TWolves have started implementing a similar type of policy in practice (rewarding 3pters and drives in practice and penalizing long twos
