Right, so penultimate update for the Clips pick:
27th Boston 48-23 (1 game remaining vs Washington) 26th Clips 47-23 (2 games remaining vs Denver & OKC) 25th Denver 46-25. (2 games remaining vs Clips & Toronto)
Best we can finish with is 25th pick (no other team can catch up with the Clips), but it's unlikely as Denver would have to beat the Clips and Toronto. We need Boston to win their one remaining game (even so if Clips win their last 2 that would result in a tie)
Clips vs Denver is today! So if we have any hope at the 25th, we have to root for the Nuggets
Likely most teams will rest players these last games so outcome could be anything. I think Clips are so deep though, they have to be favorites to win their last 2 games.

Nice update, thanks

Ack! Thanks for nothing Denver. Their loss means best we (or rather the clips) can finish with is the 26th pick and we could still fall back to 27th

ARRRGH! Celtics screw us by losing to the Wizards. Now Clips have to lose just for us to get a coin flip. If they win, we’re back To 27th

This board seems to have forgotten about Kira Lewis after an initial flutter a few months ago
Kira seems like a good idea in the low lottery or early to mid 20s, but not at the slot were likely going to pick at. For all of Kira's physical tools, he's still a project.

I read this article on POKU, i dont think he is worth our early first rounder and he might be gone with the clips pick. Would you buy a pick for him? Can he be our future stretch 4-5?
If the lottery is truly rigged, we'll know for sure as the Spurs will land a top 3 pick

Mock drafts are projecting him for the second round. He would be a great flyer for us to take with the #27 pick, but now that the hype machine has revved up, his draft stock might rise above that.
We're being represented by Leito Atriedes II, post sandworm transformation.

One of the best shot makers/creators in this draft. His offensive game translates very well at the next level. Very good shooter from 3, can score at all 3 levels, can create his own shot off the dribble and is an explosive athlete.... If we land @ 7-8, he is one of a few players I would consider trading back for.

Looks like he can absolutely dominate based on the video. Why is he not ranked higher in the draft? Why 15 ppg? Is he the next Wade or the next Jamal Crawford?

Forces the action a bit too much at times. A lot of questionable shots and his vision isn't the greatest. These are minor issues that can be fixed with proper coaching and development. He just turned 19, and we cannot expect a finished product at this point. He hasn't been coached yet! At least to the extent that he needs to be coached to reach his full potential. The one skill he does have that is difficult to teach is his ability to shoot from all 3 levels and his ability to get his own shot off the dribble from anywhere on the court. You need players like this the way the game is played today. I wouldn't take him @ 8 because its not good value, but i would trade back and grab him at the end of the lotto.

His dribble is a little too loose for my liking. He looked good against the competition in the clip. However, those defenders are playing defense too upright. That won't fly in the NBA

Is Isaiah Joes of Arkansas any good? He seems like a pretty good shooter. Maybe a potential undrafted player the knicks can snatch?

Looks like a slightly more athletic Alonzo Trier - no defense and everyone standing around watching him go for his... Pass
