Just think about this. The Knicks were willing to put out that stupid statement regarding Spike Lee when any competent team would have realized that, even if everything they were saying was true (which it was not), they still should have just let it go rather than pouring gas on the situation. Now imagine all the other crazy stuff that must be going on behind the scenes that we don’t hear about. Spike may be 100% right when he says there is a toxic atmosphere within the garden staff and management with everyone being afraid. Not the way to build a winning environment.
