Tonight is game 1 of the ALCS.
Mussina vs. Schilling.
A little fact I didn't realize until I read the paper today, the past two seasons, the Yanks and Red Sox have played 45 games, Yankees winning 22, Boston winning 23.
I knew last year's season series was won by the Yanks 10-9, then last year's ALCS Yanks 4-3, throw in this year's Boston 11-8. I just never put the numbers together.
My prediction: Yanks take Game by a score of 4-2 (Scoring 2 or 3 runs off of Boston's relievers.)
Who would've thought it? Yankees having a big 8 run lead after six, Schilling out and who knows when he'll be back, Moose pitching a perfect game. All of a sudden Boston scores 7 in two innings with the tying run at third. Mo, who was doubtfull for the game, comes in to get such a big out and later Bernie Bern!!! hits a HUGE 2 run double to give Mo some breathing room and finally ending the game! Wow! And thats just one game!

Haha, that's gonna stick for a while. I guarantee you he wishes he could take that back.
