I remember he was critical of the Knicks because we didn't treat his brother well when he was here according to him. I very much doubt he even considers us as a vacation destination. And that's without taking into consideration the sport side of things.

I agree but he's currently on Milwaukee's roster. Teams do every thing they can to make their superstar pleased. I dislike very much this kind of nepotism but we even did it for a non start Jr Smith.
First off the whole subject is a long shot and based on the hope that Leon Rose is here to change what was to what can be.

Different situation. Giannis is the Bucks’ player. We have Kuzminskas a roster spot so he could be Kristaps’ Latvian road buddy but Kuzminskas was actually a decent player
Knicks could give multi million dollar contracts to Giannis’s entire family he will never sign here ever
