All for building a team through the draft (with smart people making the picks) and shrewd trades for young players.
Malik Beasley is a restricted free agreement that T-wolves I believe are looking to trade - could be part of the trades we made with T-Wolves on draft night.
Will be cheaper and may even offer more upside than Fred Van Vleet.
He’s a very solid option. He will feel a lot like another hardaway signing but he’s a great shooter so why not.
He’s not the chucker that Hardaway was and believe he can play some D.
Watched him play for my FSU Seminoles..this would be a great pickup....SG who can shoot create, shoot and defend.
Will he bring his weed, assault rifles, and bonehead decision making with him?

You're saying he's too lit 🔥 for NY?

I can deal with lit when they're unarmed....

Ha! That's right -- we need shooters!

Not worried.. dude can ball and is a youngster.
I think the Timberwolves backpedaled on that, they said that Edwards and Beastly can share the court together making his re-signing one of their things they will work on.
But it would have been nice for him to sign with the knicks
Think sign & trade with Knicks is quite possible.. us trading our 33rd to Wolves for future 2nd rounder could be part of that subsequent deal.
Would like to see RJ as our main facilitator this year.. where Beasley can play off the ball but still defend other teams point guard. Put Frank at the 3 to defend the opposing team’s best wing player.
Yes! Him or a trade for buddy hield, since he is unhappy in sac
If he’s actually available sure. He’s a good offensive player. Maybe we can pawn off DSJ and/or Randle on them

Rose will not sign this guy btw. Clearly character is a big factor in his regime's choices.

Already re-signed with T-Wolves.. would shift focus now on Bodvonavich 6’6 w/ 6’11 wingspan that can do everything as a SF for us. Interchangeable with RJ. Make it happen Knicks.

Missed that Beasley signed. That's another "whew" for me. Bogdanovic sure but what's the price tag?

Think the hawks are willing to pay him over $20per. Problem is he's restricted so Kings can match. However the fact they were okay dealing him to the bucks would indicate they're fine letting him go
Knicks were apparently offering similar money and he turned us down. Would have been an interesting option.
Gallo to the Hawks,, Bogo is a nice player. He is going to run out of teams soon. Contenders will shed assets to make a move. Knicks not playing checkers any more.
