Watching MS State/Alabama. They're rightly raving about Quinnerly. Is he declaring? Id take him in the 2nd round.

I'd consider him if they got another second rounders. Don't know if he'll be able to finish and be a playmaker at the next level. The kid has some jets tho.

Yup. Its the burst, and the quick decision making that's intruiging. Would give bigger players fits,if he could create space at the next level. The way Trae does.

If Giddey is there late 20's I think we ought to move our 2nd rd pick to grab him. His shooting is still iffy but he's looking more confident as a playmaker. He's 18 so he would be a nice project to take on who could help with our lack of passing in the meantime.

Funny, when he was scouted earlier in thee season, he was considered more of a shooter with burgeoning of skills. I haven't checked in on his progress in a while, but maybe that report needs to be revised. Maybe a good target at where the Knicks are likely picking. Stash him and see where it goes.

The thing is I believe he is ready to contribute right away. He would no doubt be the best PnR operator on our team. He’s not Lamelo level but his passing is quite close. Only thing is that the competition would be quite tough so he might have to do some g league stints now and then but NBA readiness is there.

If you arn't on the Bassey train now is the time to hop on board. This video dosen't even show how good of a floor spacer he is. Its really hard for me not seeing this guy as a decent backup C. He's mobile, he can protect the rim, he can shoot, can get to his spots, and he's got alot of heart. I really wanted WKU to make the tourney this year so the he can show what he's capable of but he's definitely my #1 target with the dallas pick.
Based on ESPN, Wasserman, Ford, and Athletic it seems like this is the top ten pre tourney:
Cade Green Mobley Suggs Kuminga Johnson Barnes Moody Bouknight Kispert

That seems about right
I think Ayo in Illinois has the most potential to sneak into the top top based on his tournament. Nothing holding him back but he’s a junior.
Illinois and Gonzaga are also set up to go deep unless a upset happens.

I've seen Johnson ranked everywhere from the top 10 to the top 20. I think Barnes and him are the most volatile prospects right now.

Johnson? Definitely. I wish he was healthy and Duke were in tourney because we needed to see more half court offense. Barnes is a lock top 10 unless he flames out in tourney. Teams really seem to buy his unique skill set. I'm personally very skeptical of him and much more intrigued by someone like Wagner.

I think when it comes to crunch time, Barnes will become very polarizing in most draft rooms. He passes, plays defense, sees the floor...all great skills. But he doesn't bang inside, rebound, or shoot. Where do you play him? Wagner definitely has the higher floor.
