A 6-9 ish pg is a daily mismatch. So some of the explosion he doesn’t have is nullified by the incredible length he dors have. He’s gonna be to high up in the draft for us

Don’t know a whole lot about how he’s done this year but he looks much improved from Gonzaga days and is still young. Having a floor spacing 5 who is at worst average defensively could be a valuable piece. Would help open up the court for RJ/Randle for drives.

Forgot about RJ's former highschool teammate. He might make sense as potential change of pace big off the bench. He'll likely be there with the second-round pick, though the Detroit pick might be too high for him.

Man his game looks so good. Definitely worth a late 2nd rounder.

I think we need to get more athletic, especially on the wing. Probably the best and most explosive athlete in this draft is Greg Brown. 6'8 athletic, run and jump athlete who can guard 1-4. He strikes me as a Thibs type player especially on the defensive end. He's dynamic in the open court, and shows some ability at times to put the ball on the floor in the half court. Very Raw offensively, but the foundation is there. Lock him in a gym with Johnny Bryant and our coaching staff not to mention Knick teammates and he may be able to develop into a decent offensive player.

Wouldn't be mad at this pick. He's all over the place in mocks, but I'd be happy if we nabbed him with one of our first-rounders. We could use the other pick on a shooter.

Yeah...I know

I am not feeling it with Giddey. Looks awkward and slow. His games have a feel of high school games, amateurish. And his assists count feels bloated, since a lot of his passes are to covered teammates who make shots that look pretty well contested.

Vrenz looks far more interesting if we are going to look abroad.

The slow part of his game is a fair critique but his passing is top tier and would definitely translate.

If you wanna replace Burks in the draft, is there a better player to target than Johnny Juzang based on how he played in the tourney? Slick shooter, can score in a variety of ways, clutch. Not a super athlete, but has that assasin's mentality.

I'd go with Jared Butler. Not as a good a scorer, but offers more utility as a playmaker and defender.

The final placement of the Knicks’ draft picks are as follows:

- The Dallas pick will be either 21, 22 or 23, and will be determined by a random drawing, as the Mavs finished with the same win total (42) as the Lakers and Blazers.

- The Knicks own pick will be either 19 or 20, depending on a random drawing with the Hawks.

- New York’s two second round picks, originally belonging to Detroit and Philadelphia, will be 32 and 58, respectively.
