Yup. Rj is too mechanical on his perimeter shots. I don't know how you fix that.

He needs to take up dancing. Hershel Walker and Willie Gault used to say they took dancing to help with their finesse and balance. Dude needs to get smoother. You are absolutely right. He is very stiff.
