For Quickley, his floater in the lane is the litmus test. If that short shot is falling, it seems to open up the rest of his game. Don't ask me why.

I think he's hesitating because he's a rook and is concerned the vets will feel a certain type of way about a 1st year player jacking up so many shots.

It’s not even a bad shot for him though. Plus with guys like Payton running around they don’t really have much of a say.
