I know. Hence the reason they were in the finals. They’re multiple rosters with similar talent levels but their offense is what sets them apart. Even with the injuries they had they still caused problems for the Lakers.

Man, I wasn’t expecting this love-hate relationship I’m experiencing with Thibs. For one part, you can’t negate his influence here and how he is making this team tougher to beat. 11 wins with many close loses speaks great of him.
But every warning we got about him has turned true. Youngsters have to play perfect to earn any playing time and even then they are quickly yanked for the veterans even if they suck or are playing badly. That’s why I’m hating this Rose trade so much, because I can see Thibs justifying not playing Quick because he has to learn and the vets will get us wins.

IQ finish the game over Payton, RJ looked slow and had no energy, bullock was having a career day.

For me, Payton was making most of the right plays and played stout D. He just couldn’t make a layup

So, IQ was in the game when they tied the game. They yanked IQ for EP leaving Rivers in. They gave up the lead for good and then put IQ back in the game to close it out. Such a crappy substitution set.

Also, there is a simulation that plays out where they just miss the playoffs and end up with a crappy, mid teen lottery pick. The DRose trade pushes the team closer to the reality.
