Laughers on back to back nights. Who are these guys?
I don't care if it is sub-.500 competition, we haven't seen this very often in the past few years.
It's still early but I think the "Rose messing up our chemistry" thing looks like it may not be an issue.

I don't believe I've ever had to do this before...but I may have been wrong!
Take back the Spree comparison. Wont be a world class dunker. Quickley's under the rim game reminds me more of Isiah Thomas. Crafty, not explosive. Knows how to shake a defender without elite burst.
Of course IQ has a long way to go to compare careers. Elite backcourt plsyers these days are measured in large part by their speed. Quickley looks more like a throwback.

We didnt have any chemistry till Rose arrived, today 11 players gelled well.
RJ must be listening to me cause he gave out 5 assist in the first half.
Burks gave out 4 assist, our SG added to the win tonight !!!
How many years have we suffered from a lack of good guard play? Quick, Rose, and let’s give Payton a bit of credit too.
Derrick Rose now being added to that second unit makes me feel better because they fit. Before Rose came here I wanted IQ to start but now with Rose here the second unit just fits perfectly. We just need a shorter leash on Payton when teams start to Zone us.
RJ is a bit out of sorts and Randle looked angry last night missing a lot of shots.
Winning ugly.
Not a complaint, just an observation.
I know it’s garbage time but this dosent get talked about enough

You get a Nash or CP3 level PnR PG and we will see Obi unlocked

It's a flash of what the knicks were attracted to in Obi. Example of what we could be seeing more often if we had a legit PG who looked for him. And I know in the clip Knox fed him. The point is Obi needs somebody to feed him where he can do damage.

lol...we were thinking the same thing at the same time.

cant blame anyone for having a sour taste in their mouth from the last time Rose was here. Different player, different team and VERY different coach. He's a gem and there's no reason he cant be backup PG and 6th man for the next couple years.
Knicks are gonna be +500 soon and folks are gonna start talking about winning our first round playoff matchup

Knicks can be that first round playoff team no one wants to play

I love seeing how he interacts with his teammates on the court and hearing the positive influence he seems to have on the youngsters. Whether it lasts remains to be seen, but so far so good.
The thing that Obi brings that we haven’t yet appreciated because the Garden is empty. The man is a momentum changer with the electricity he brings and that intangible wins games. That energy translates to the whole team. He is a transition player and that is how he needs to be used instead of sitting 30 feet out shooting 3’s.......and some one those 3’s have been way off
I see a maturity in DRose that wasn’t there his last time through. It is like with these young players that Rose sees a chance to be a mentor and maybe that is some
Of the chemistry we are seeing. Not to mention, IQ and Obi seem grounded and are looking to learn.

Agree... I do hope the Knicks FO doesnt skip steps and buy at the deadline unless its a minor thing like the DRose trade.

Yep, I just don't expect blockbuster deal that makes sense unless it's just a move we can't refuse, but I don't see it.
