Right, or Noah's supply. But honestly I'd try it
Noah got into Phils stash and out went his career!
BRIGGS wrote:19 chris Duarte —- I really like him and would take Reggie bullocks spot21 Charles Bassey — same thing. Will back up mitch Robinson. Saves money on noel. Big motor under rated at 21
32 Roko Prcakin— really like him. Would take him at 21 too. 6-9 with 7-1 wingspan who has all the skills
Forgot 58
Feron hunt a player who is play at westchester all year. Has legit nba chance
Overall an increase in size defense and players that fit
Duarte may go as high as 15. He is also 24. But agree. Good talent, athletic, has a nose for the ball on defense, and good size. I really like Mann at the G position. Maybe more of a distributor than Duarte. Highland, Springer, Murphy, Ayayi, Dosunmu are other Guards I like but feel we can get them later in the draft. Some have Cam Thomas going to us in this area. The kid likes to score. Reminds me of Alonzo Trier type. But maybe better suited for instant offense off the bench.
Bassey is a workhorse. Good motor and excellent finisher. A concern would be that he played at WK and did not go up against top-tier competition. Would also think the Knicks Kentucky connection would opt for Jackson if they were looking to fill this position. Shot blocker. Can leap out of the gym. Much closer to what Noel is than Bassey. However, I would rather get another guard at this position (The ones mentioned above) since there seem to be so many decent ones here. Just in case the one we pick at 19 does not pan out. Especially if we can get another one that is taller than 6'5.
Like Roko. Very high basketball IQ. If not for his lack of three-point shot, I would take him at 19. Do not think he will be available at 32. Would take anyone mentioned above that dropped or JT Thor. Kid is only 18 and may have one of the highest ceilings as a big.
19. Kispert if he is there. If not then Duarte.
21. Duarte if not picked at 19. If not available then Tre Mann
32. Marcus Bagley
58. Trey Murphy
Shooters, shooters, shooters
19. Mann or Bouk(if he falls) or Butler(assuming he's healthy)
21. Bassey or Garuba(I'm really coming around on him) or Ziare(assuming that he's really almost 6'10 w/ shoes)
32. Murphy or Bassey
I wouldn't be surprised if the Knicks nabbed Boston with #32. His wingspan is impressive, he has the UK thing going for and I think he'll get better as his body matures.

Right now, based on the film I've watched so far - Moses Moody and Johnny Juzang.
I don't know if Moody falls that far or not. Hard to say at this point. Most likely not.
Haven't looked as hard at 2nd rounders yet. Will at some point.

Just reminding others: TT called Saddiq Bey last year who was quite a value at 19 -- no less. So i'll be paying attention to these two candidates
Duarte at 19
JT Thor at 21
Bassey or Neemias at 32
Aaron Wiggins at 55 (though I think the Knicks move up from that pick to get him if they like him)
It’s funny how we all have silently accepted the fact Duarte is likely the pick

It makes sense for many reasons
I have to say that I am also leaning more and more towards Duarte with the 19th pick. But if I had to predict what would happen, I would say that some trade is being prepared.
I think a trade will happen but I don’t agree with it. A lot of interesting talent in this draft. Giving away 4 chances at a decent contributor just to get 1 guy who may not even turn out to be better than the 27th pick. Why?
Because you want to sign aging vets instead to fill the roster or to not allocate a whopping 5m to four young prospects is to much work for them? lolcoach won’t play them allegedly. I don’t see the logic?
Trading up just seems to be making a move just to create headlines for the front office.
(I have researched every player in the draft.)
19 - Nah'Shon Hyland
21 - Johnny Juzang
32 - BJ Boston
58 - impossible to be 'realistic' with that pick /eyeroll
We need shooters. Deadeye shooters.
Will package 19 & 32 picks to move up and draft one of the following (Springer, Duarte, Kispert).
21 - either Jackson or Trey Mann
I hope Thibs would have a chance of heart and accept having 2 rookies next season. I want the knicka to draft a PG and a shooter in this draft. Keep 21 and package 19, 32, and 58 to move up. If they can move up to the 10th somehow i want them out to get Mitchell or Giddy if they cant move up high enough then maybe get krisper. For the 19th if they got the PG earlier, then get Duarte at 19. Or if they got Krisper first, Mann or cooper for the point.
I think in free agency even if they get a shooter and a pg, they should still go after Lonzo who can play both on the ball and off. They wouldnt need to go big on free agency in the offseason. The 2 rookies, ball and another proven shooter can advance the knicks a step or two next season.
It seems we all agree we need in this draft a
- sniper wing
- engine pg
- athletic long big man/wing or centered or High upside potential player.
I think they can draft a candidate for all three of these needs based on my draft player research.
Don’t agree with trading up and losing picks. We can hit all three needs in this draft where we stand. Maybe 1 becomes a legitimate player. Hopefully 2 lol
Let’s see what they do
Bouknight is making it known to the knicks FO and to everyone that is an NY native and would very much want to be drafted by the Knicks. He would be a nice addition for next year.

Ok. Better work hard and fix his deficiencies 😅
Just read what he said in the article. He seems confident in his ability to help the team.
