The democrats never liked Rove. Their agenda included getting him out of office one way another. It should get better from here from what the newspapers say. I guess he will still have the Presidents protection and at the same time distance himself from the administration. That way, he can continue to ignore congressional hearings and be protected but not give the administration a bad name.
Citing executive privilege, he defied a subpoena and refused to show up for a congressional hearing just two weeks ago on the allegedly improper use by White House aides of Republican National Committee email accounts. Fellow Bush advisers have said they believe the congressional probes have been aimed in part at driving Rove out.
How much is good press worth? To the Bush administration, about $1.6 billion.
That's how much seven federal departments spent from 2003 through the second quarter of 2005 on 343 contracts with public relations firms, advertising agencies, media organizations and individuals, according to a new Government Accountability Office report.

Unreal! http://www.cnsnews.com/ViewNation.asp?Pa... According to the Treasury Department, from 1776-2000, the first 224 years of U.S. history, 42 U.S. presidents borrowed a combined $1.01 trillion from foreign governments and financial institutions, but in the past four years alone, the Bush administration borrowed $1.05 trillion.
We end up repaying all the foreign governments while Bush and Cheney made a ton of money through his presidency. The rich get richer...

Jenna Bush Is Pregnant and Engaged To Henry Hager Jenna Bush Pregnant - Jenna Bush, one of President and Laura Bush's twin daughters, has become impregnated and engaged to long-time boyfriend Henry Hager.
The pregnancy speculation began when these shocking photos of a muumuu-clad Jenna and puppet star "Elmo" appeared two months ago. No date or place has been set for the wedding.
A White House statement reads: "President and Mrs. George W. Bush are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jenna Bush, to Mr. Henry Hager, son of the Honourable and Mrs. John H. Hager of Richmond, Virginia.
"Miss Bush and Mr. Hager became engaged Wednesday 15 August 2007."
Henry Hager is currently a student at the University Of Virginia School Of Business and has been a White House aide who worked on President Bush's 2004 re-election campaign.
Jenna Bush, 25, is a teacher and one of the president's twin daughters; her sister is Barbara.
