The dude said Bush was always after the OIL so he knew exactly what he was doing!

Here's my thought - if the plot really went down like this guy says, then Bush was just a patsy for the brains behind it. I swear, this guy is a moron. He's never made a single thing work right unless he was being totally propped up by Daddy's bucks and henchmen. The guy is addled and blank, he's ended up making Daddy's choice - Dan Quayle - look like a genius.
