hey man, give the meditation thing a little time. see if you can try it daily for a couple of weeks. your mind has to get used to it, and you have to learn to trust yourself to let go.

^ Got it. I'll try it every time. Also, I noticed something last night. You are right about he getting to worked up about this. Before I even got to bed, I was psyching myself out and I was thinking about it all the while until I got into bed. So its possible I just need to relax. Literally.
